Step-by-Step Process
Receive Your Data
You send us your bordereaux/data batches in whatever format you currently use.
Standardise & Normalise
We convert data lines into a standard form (e.g. “V5”), add classification info where needed, and align disparate inputs to a uniform template.
Automated Validation & Checks
Data is run through a series of checks premium-commission validation, consistency across periods, duplication checks, and more. Any anomalies are flagged for review.
Client Review (if required)
You have the option to review flagged lines, accept or reject them, and add comments, giving control before final submission.
Produce Final Output & Submission
Once approved, we produce the final output: submission-ready data for Lloyd’s or your systems – including both spreadsheets and XML/REST as required. A full audit trail is maintained, and reports show all calculated fields with formulae.
